I can’t sign in. What should I try first?

Try refreshing the page, then sign in again. If you’re using Google login, make sure popups aren’t blocked. If it still fails, send us the exact error message.

Where do I find my account info?

After signing in, open Dashboard and go to Account settings. You’ll see your profile and organization info there.

My events aren’t showing up.

Check that you’re in the correct workspace/organization. If you recently joined a new org, refresh and try again.

How do I report a bug properly?

Include what you expected, what happened, steps to reproduce, and (if possible) a screenshot or console error.
